2018年成立AI辦公室，開始與工研院及資策會合作，導入智能製造、智能營運，積極推動數位轉型，透過教育訓練改變員工的思維，並導入大數據分析、投資自動化設備，期望運用AI技術來提升公司的營運績效。已完成油廠智慧監控系統、行動營運APP、雲端數據整合平台，預測因應未來趨勢，達到精準生產模式，目前正進行智能監測與防災規劃，達到廠安、人安之工作環境，期能使整體營運進一步提升。
