民國9年洪氏祖輩六兄弟及家族長輩從彰化芳苑鄉來到台中沙鹿創業，兄弟砥礪合作，以木製榨油機加工花生油、芝麻油開啟了事業。隨後於民國47年創設民營第一家溶劑提油廠、民國54年設立機械飼料廠，跨足油脂及飼料製造。民國69年擴建現代化綜合飼料廠、民國71年引進德國世界專利大豆溶劑提油廠，奠定了公司發展根基。

Subsequently, in 1947, the first private solvent oil extraction plant was established, and in 1954, a mechanical feed factory was established, and it branched into oil and feed manufacturing. The expansion of the modern comprehensive feed factory in 1969 and the introduction of the German world patented soybean solvent oil extraction plant in 1971 laid the foundation for the company's development.

我們隨著台灣社會發展的腳步及政府經濟大方向不斷的設立新設備、建新工廠並進行人才培育、國外交流。先後購進美國擠壓設備生產水產飼料、與日本丸友株式會社合資生產柴魚花、創設麻油廠、食品廠、寵物食品廠、鹿港肥料廠、生技廠，使公司擴展成為食用油脂、穀物食品、寵物食品、畜水產飼料、有機肥料、生技產品等多角化事業體。另外我們也積極提升核心技術能力，與日本著名企業豐年製油株式會社、加登屋製油株式會社、協同飼料株式會社、日本PET FOOD株式會社技術合作，大幅提升了我們的生產技術與產品品質。

In addition, we are also actively improving our core technical capabilities, and we have technical cooperation with famous Japanese companies Fengnian Oil Co., Ltd., Garden House Oil Co., Ltd., Synergy Feed Co., Ltd., and Japan PET FOOD Co., Ltd., which greatly improves our production technology and product quality.

回顧百年發展歷程，歷經了民國77年大宗物資開放自由化、產業競爭激烈，民國86年口蹄疫事件重創台灣畜牧業，使飼料業及食用油脂業從早期的百家爭鳴到現在各縮減成十幾家廠商的局面。之後遭遇民國97年國際金融風暴造成經濟蕭條、民國103年國內油脂食安危機，使產業重新汰除整合。我們始終以「誠信、實在」的經營理念，因應市場變化調整步伐，堅守崗位度過各項危機，共同寫下輝煌的百年歷史。
