An economic paradigm centered on capital efficiency and self-interest-based pricing has systematically externalized life, health, mental well-being, and future generations as social costs—resulting in climate instability, public health deterioration, psychological distress, and social fragmentation.
This White Paper presents a Civilizational Transition Framework, grounded in Charity Economicism, to guide policy systems from capital-centered growth toward life-centered governance, with actionable institutional pathways.
